There are two types of bulb:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bulbs for speedo head &#8211; 2 x 509T (12V 1.2W)<\/li>\n<li>Bulbs for fuel\/temp gauges and heater control illumination &#8211; 4 x 286 (12V 1.2W)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The numbers I refer to are the bulb type numbers that most places seem to use. Halfords sell them under these designations too. These then push into the gauges\/binnacle where appropriate. Notice the flats on the bulb which you will grip with the tweezers<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Insert the tweezers, and grip the flats of the bulb. Take note of the metal wings on the bulb, these need to fall through the key slots visible in the empty hole.
